Your buildings are unoccupied if you or any of the people who usually live there have all gone out, and nobody is le  on the premises in charge of and with access to the private home
Means that all buildings have been built with:
○ walls of brick, stone or concrete
○ roofs of slate,  le, concrete, asbestos or metal
Means that a building has been built with material other than those de ned in the
above de ni on of 'Standard Construc on', such as a thatch roof or walls of wood
Buildings
The buildings include:
○ outbuildings which include any other domes c buildings on the grounds of your home, such as o ces, consul ng rooms or sheds
○ landlord’s  xtures and   ngs
○ water, sewerage, electricity and gas connec ons
○ paths and driveways constructed of brick, concrete, pavers, asphalt or stone (not gravel)
○ walls, gates and fences (excluding hedges)
○ swimming pools (excluding portable pools or those above ground level)
○  xed  ltra on plant and water-pumping machinery (excluding automa c pool cleaners)
○ pool safety nets and covers
○ tennis courts, sauna and spa baths
○ solar geysers and systems, photo-voltaic panels, inverters, ba eries and cabling
○  xed generators
○  xed aerials, satellite dishes and masts.
