What we cover you for
We cover you for building damage caused by any of the following, subject to the limits and conditions listed in the schedule:
1. Fire
– Fire, lightning or explosion
2. Weather
– Storm, wind, water, hail
3. Earthquake
– Excludes tremors from mining operations
4. Impact
– Impact with the building; falling trees
5. Leaks, flooding
– Overflowing of water apparatus; leakage of oil
6. Malicious damage
– Intent to cause damage
7. Theft
– of any part of the building
