Speci c de ni ons for this sec on
○ We cover your contents including your household goods and equipment, furniture, furnishings, un xed electrical goods, valuables, personal belongings, clothing and un xed household goods that you own or are legally your responsibility including the following:
– loose carpets and rugs
– internal blinds and curtains
– refrigerated, frozen or other foods, drinks and medicines
– keys or locks including the reprogramming of any alarms, electronic locks and/or security devices
– laundry on a washing line
– gi s
– free-standing  sh tanks/aquariums and their stands, cabinets, equipment and accessories
– in atable or portable swimming pools and portable spa’s and their accessories
– sur oards, sailboards, and non-motorised surf-skis
– remote-controlled power-driven models or toys
– contents items that you are legally responsible to insure under a wri en contract (for example, a hire purchase agreement but not a tenant’s rental agreement)
– your  xtures and   ngs installed in a home that you rent.
○ Contents also includes
– Assets out means any personal belongings when temporarily removed from the insured address. The excess stated in the schedule applies to this cover.
– Business means any professional or commercial ac vity conducted at the insured address stated in your schedule with regards to your occupa on as declared on the proposal form.
– Business contents means the following o ce equipment if used for a business ac vity (part- me or full-  me):
• computers and their accessories including laptops, electronic diaries, palm tops or pocket computers
• PCs, printers and scanners (but not so ware, games or stored media informa on)
•  ling cabinets
• fax machines, photocopiers, typewriters, scanners
• chairs, tables, desks and other o ce furniture
• telephone and telecommunica on equipment.
– Camping equipment means contents and camping equipment while being used temporarily for holiday purposes.
