Much of the Loom team’s experience consist of commercial projects. Our experience covers most of the commercial sector, including office buildings, retail, motor vehicle showrooms, and sport & recreation centres. Large tenant installations are also included in the experience scope of works.
We apply relevant design to our buildings. Modern, practical, and economical. We allow trends but keep a strong foundation in the design philosophy required for the various commercial sectors. Form follows function.
Understanding the technical requirements and services involved in commercial projects are crucial. We work with experienced services teams to optimize the project efficiency, yet interpret the need of cost efficiency.
We understand commercial project timing. Commercial projects are always on time constraints. Excellent planning and coordination are integral to the projects at all times.
The relationships with our clients, teams, and municipal representatives are equally important to us. We lead by example as principal agent, and live by our integrity. We will protect and serve but not at the expense of our honour.
