By Lanay Morris
You walk and drag Whilst you talk and nag Waiting for the clock to tick As you listen to the pens click
You sit in your seat that squeaks like the mouse in the wall Every day you walk up the stairs and try not to fall You’re reminded its lunch as you hear the 4 th bell You walk past the cafeteria and sniff the air the smell Cracking open a book you don’t want to read Listening to the loud room but silence is what you need
You watch your grade drop
Just like your motivation to do work eventually will stop
The last bell of the day rings And you are finally relieved to leave
