up” on learning something at school. You could say she was determined but really, she was just stubborn. Too stubborn to let herself be limited by some little bit of knowledge that she didn’t have yet. Too stubborn to not constantly push herself and challenge what she thought she couldn’t learn. And in the end, that is what truly kept her wanting to learn more. Ignorance is not bliss. Knowing is. Sure, it hurts sometimes, but the beauty it creates is far superior and she knew that for a fact.
