by the Supreme Court. Amendments hereto may be made from time to time by the Commission, and such amendments shall be approved by a majority of the Commission and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The amendments shall become effective upon approval thereof by the Commission or, if required, by the Supreme Court.
(b) Upon approval of these rules or amendments thereto, all previous rules or amendments of the Judicial Standards Commission inconsistent therewith are repealed.
