IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
As the host of the 2022 Parade of Homes, we would like to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience and gains new ideas for their current of future homes. The following are tips and rules to help make the Parade a success for you and the people around you, while protecting each of our home’s aesthetics.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Each home belongs to a homeowner or to the builder, and he or she may not want pictures or measurements taken for various reasons. Please ask permission from staff before taking pictures.
NEIGHBORHOODS
Please consider where and how you park, be sensitive to noise and walk on pavement, sidewalks or designated travel routes.
FURNITURE & DÉCOR
The furnishings of these homes are for viewing only. Please do not sit on furniture or handle any of the décor at any time during your home visit.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at the Parade of Homes; however, please hold their hands!
BATHROOMS
Portable toilets have been provided by Pine Stalls and are located at each of the homes. Bathrooms in the homes are not for public use.
FOOT COVERS
Foot Covers will be provided at each home. Shoes must be removed and foot covers must be placed over your socks each time you enter a home and removed as you leave. The foot covers protect floor coverings from dirt and oils.
TIPS FOR AN ENJOYABLE VISIT
• Get tickets ahead of time at helenabia.com.
• Download the Parade Smart App. Preview home details, home photos, builder information and get detailed directions to each home. Simply download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store by searching “Parade Smart”.
• Factor in travel time between homes to make sure you don’t arrive after viewing hours.
