Our project management approach is tailored to each client’s requirements and provides peace of mind and confidence during a time that is often overwhelming and stressful.
Owner Brent Cotton began his career as a carpenter and leader in the field of construction 28 years ago and has led highly complex multi-million dollar projects that require close attention to detail and careful workforce management. He is a skilled communicator and implements detailed plans from breaking ground to the final clean.
Our team has been collectively working in the industry for several decades and we manage custom residential home builds from the ground up. Helping an owner’s dream come to life requires a multifaceted approach with careful planning and forethought. We have a robust network of long-standing industry professionals who provide specialty services and have the in-house capabilities to guide you through the exciting process of creating a new Montana home.
