I chose Ms. Humbert as my Distinguished Educator because of
the effect she has had on me as a student and as a person. She helped expand my interest in science through experiments, and her room provided a place for me to meet with other curious people after school to discuss our interests and have fun. One time she even let us make plasma in her microwave! She always pushed me to learn more about the world, and for that I can’t thank her enough.
