I chose Mrs. Jendro as my Distinguished Educator because it was her class, and her way of teaching that sparked my interest in science at a young age. I remember being super excited when she told my third grade class that we would get to dissect fish! But Mrs. Jendro was way more than just a teacher to me because she was interested in
me as a person and because she continues to stay connected and influential in my life.
