2018 BOSS OF THE YEAR AWARD

On the 16th of October bosses throughout the nation were celebrated by their employees. In Helena, however, one boss stood above the rest. Dustin Lundstrom, Owner of MT City Plumbing
and Heating, was surprised by friends, family, and colleagues that afternoon as the Helena Chamber of Commerce presented Dustin with the 2018 Boss of the Year Award.
2018 marks the 7th year for
the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce to take nominations for the Boss of the Year recognition. The Chamber recognizes that all businesses of the Helena Area
owe a great deal of their success
to the business leaders- the CEO’s, Owners, Manager’s, Supervisors, and more – and that, often, both personal and business success is due to the expertise in leading great teams of people. Every year the Helena Chamber receives many nominations of deserving bosses, but, as true in any award there can only be one.
Dustin started his business in 2007 with a storage container as his o ce/business location where he then worked up to his garage, then to a building and now into his newly built building located at 1196 Hwy 282 in Montana City. Lundstrom worked hard to grow and succeed not only for his own family but all of his employees and their families. The signatures of his employees supported this nomination.
