Rachel Anderson
Rachel Anderson was born and raised in Montana.
She started her Real Estate career in 1990 at the age of 24 with Floberg REALTORS® in Billings.
In 1992, she moved to Helena and worked for Thompson Nistler Real Estate.
She obtained her Brokers license in 1994 and in 1996 she moved back to Billings and opened Downtown Realty as the Broker-Owner where she remains to this day.
She has her CRB, CRS, and GRI designations. She has 2 adult children, Kyle Anderson and Danielle Reichenberg, as well as 2 grandsons, Bridger and Beckett Reichenberg. ■
I captured this photo in the quiet of the morning, just as the sun began to rise, casting a natural spotlight on a lone horse grazing in a field. The scene unfolded on the banks of the Boulder River outside McLeod.
The horse, with its striking black and white coat, seemed to glow against the backdrop of the autumn-kissed meadow, where the grasses have turned a rich gold. Around it, the forest stood tall and misty, the evergreens fading into the soft focus of the background.
This effect was thanks to my Canon R5 paired with a 70-200mm lens, set at 1/100 second at f8, allowing the horse to be sharply captured as the centerpiece amidst the softer edges of its surroundings. The early morning light was just perfect, highlighting the horse as if nature itself had planned this moment, inviting me to preserve it through my lens.
