Great Falls Association of REALTORS® YPN
YPN has been engaging in meaningful community outreach.
The Electric City YPN held their annual Flea Flip event, they raised funds
for several local organizations, including the Optimists Club, Great Falls REALTORS® Flag Project. They also hosted a wrapping party for the first annual GFAR Giving Tree, where gifts were wrapped for the Angels in Camo and Alliance for Youth organizations.

The YPN committee members also volunteered to stuff backpacks for the
Back 2 School Blast that supplied backpacks and other school supplies to over 1000 Cascade County students.
One of their most successful events was the YPN Night at the Waterpark, which had a turnout of well over 100 attendees. The event featured children’s yard games with donated prizes and was a great success.
Helena Association of REALTORS® YPN
HAR YPN started off the year by inviting Lacy Browne from the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® to lead us in a strategic planning session to develop our committee purpose and goals. This planning exercise, along with an energetic group of new committee members, was paramount to the success we saw with our YPN in 2023.
We held three events this year in an effort to increase member
professionalism, develop new leaders, and encourage member community
involvement. We participated in a Habitat for Humanity Build Day in June to
coincide with REALTOR® Volunteer Days. We held a Legends vs. Millennials panel at a local brewery that included a member networking component after the event.
For our last event, real estate powerhouse Cyrus Mohseni came to Helena to speak to our members about building your business and achieving success in real estate. The committee is ending the year by conducting a survey of the HAR membership to get feedback on the types of events they want to see next year.
