Shanna joined MAR in 2016. She has an extenisve background in accounting, management and customer service.
She received her accounting degree from Helena College in 2022.

Prior to joining MAR, Shanna gained valuable expertise related to her current position as the Operations Manager at Rural Employment Opportunities, Assistant to the Academic Vice President at Rocky Mountain College, and Events Director at Carroll College.
Shanna was born and raised in Helena, MT and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and values physical and spiritual health.

Samantha joined MAR in 2019. She brings with her an abundance of experience in event planning, research, tracking various data
and implementation processes, assisting in database development; as well as more than 10 years of administrative support and customer service, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects.
Prior to joining MAR, Samantha served as a Customer Advocate at Blue Cross Blue Shield Montana, and a Legal Secretary where she honed her skills in customer relations, project management, teamwork, and developed a keen understanding of client needs.
Samantha’s expertise extends across the customer service, legal and hospitality industries, where she has successfully orchestrated and managed a multitude of events. Her meticulous attention to detail, coupled with her proactive problem-solving skills, has consistently delivered exceptional results.
Samantha was born and raised in Helena, MT and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and reading.
