OBJECTIVE: Tell the world what you have learned during your investigation!
INSTRUCTIONS: Record a 30-second or less video message. In your own words, tell us one thing you have learned about the importance of flossing to defeat Ginger Vitis! Show the world the correct way to floss. (Use your favorite flossing tool.) You must include your video with your final report in order to qualify to win the Grand Prize or our other fun prizes. Be sure to:
• Hide your secret identity by wearing your superhero mask. 🦸🦸
• Tell us one thing you learned during your investigation. (Did something stand out in your
surveys? Did you find something out about yourself when you tracked your dental habits?)
• Have your parent or guardian sign the Waiver and Release Form below.
• Include your video when you submit your report to be entered to win the Nintendo® Switch!
