The Cedar Hill Cemetery Tour on Sat., October 12 will include a leisurely walk through historic grave sites, with Castle Rock Historical Society members portray- ing some of our local people in history. Cedar Hill was founded in 1875 and is the only cemetery in Castle Rock. It contains the remains of pioneers signi cant in the early history of Castle Rock and Douglas County.  e tour begins at 4:30pm. Refreshments will be served following the tour.
The Bear Canyon Cemetery Tour on Sat., October 26 includes a walking tour of the cemetery o  Highway 105 which was founded in 1872 and contains the remains of pioneers signi cant in the early history of Sedalia, Castle Rock and Douglas County. Please meet at the Bear Canyon Cemetery at 397 N. Perry Park Rd. in Sedalia.  e tour will begin at 5:00 pm.

Ghostly
and Tragic Tales of Castle Rock • Oct. 17, 24, 29
Join the Castle Rock Historical Society for walking tours of Castle Rock featuring tales of ghostly and tragic events in Castle Rock’s history. Come hear stories of the Cantril School, The Old Stone Church, The B&B Café, Hangman’s Gulch and more. Tours begin at the Castle Rock Museum at 7pm.
Please dress for the weather. Tours are free, but donations are
encouraged. Reservations are not required.
