“Ask a Genealogist” - Wed’s – 9am-Noon / Mon’s 6:30-8:30pm Follow signs to the “Fireplace Alcove” in the library to interact with an experienced researcher one-to-one. It’s personal, it’s focused, and it’s a perfect way to get started!
“US Genealogy Roundtable” - Thursday, June 7, 6:30-8:30 pm Come join a discussion on United States Genealogy. Bring questions and research frustrations. Reap the bene t of the crowd-sourcing approach. Experienced researcher, Kathy DesRosiers will lead the discussion. Ask your questions,  nd a new resource or just listen to how others do genealogical work. All levels are welcome.
“SLC Prep Session #1” - Tuesday, June 19, 6:30-8:30 pm – Special Help before a Trip to Salt Lake City’s Family History Library. This is the  rst of two preparatory sessions (next one will be July 17) designed for people planning a trip to this world famous repository of genealogical information. Whether you are going with CRCGS later in the summer, or hope to go on your own, this will be a great help. Long-time researcher and presenter, Noel Ferre, will lead.
CRCGS (Castle Rock Colorado Genealogical Society) always welcomes visitors, and is grateful for the support of our new and established members. We are an established 501(c)3 organization so donations are always tax deductible.
“Immigrants: Building Denver from the Bottomlands Up” Historic Denver Bus Tour
CRCGS (and Denver History Tours) is o ering a special (private) tour on sATURDAY, JUNE 16th. Members of CRCGS have had an early heads-up, and we are now excited to extend this o er to the public.
The bus leaves Castle Rock (library) at 10:00am and will return at 3:00pm, with a professional speaker guiding us through the city. Reserve your seat now - there is limited space on the bus. Come on your own, or enjoy a great day on the town with a friend or spouse.
COST: $35 per person
