What better way to learn about Castle Rock’s history than to explore Downtown Castle Rock with a scavenger hunt? Pick up the clue sheets at the Castle Rock Museum between May 1st - June 3rd. Go around town to complete the tasks on the sheet. Bring your family, friends, co- workers or do it on your own. It’s a fun and easy way to learn some history and get to know Castle Rock better. The Castle Rock Police Department continues its Coffee with a Cop series, this month from 9-10am on Thurs., May 5 at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, 826 New Memphis Court, Castle Rock. Launched in 2014, these informal conversations with Castle Rock Police Of cers at local coffee shops, restaurants and other venues give residents and business owners a chance to connect with police in a relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoy warmer temperatures and seasonal goods at The Farmers Market at Festival Park. The market will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday through September. Don’t miss locally raised meats, farm-fresh eggs, a variety of fresh produce, delicious baked goods, artisan-made products and more from nearly 40 vendors.

CR Historical Society Presentation – May 19
Join us on Thurs. May 19 for a presentation by Joan Gandy from the Archives & Local History center at the Philip S. Miller Library.
