They have both indoor and outdoor seating and locals are discovering this new gem. Every batch of Glacier’s ice cream is hand- made, plus they o er some unique avors of both ice cream and gelato. They also o er milkshakes, hot fudge sundaes, cream cookie sandwiches, root beer and coke oats and custom made to order ice cream cakes for special occasions. Glacier also caters to special events on a pre-scheduled basis. The 5280 Magazine has rated Glacier as “Best Ice Cream” and Colorado Daily recently chose Glacier as CU and Boulder’s Best Ice Cream. The Castle Rock Promenade Development Project:
According to a spokesperson for Alberta Development Partners, there
are more businesses coming to the Promenade. Premier Credit Union and
the American Family Urgent Care facility will be the latest additions to this
shopping complex. La Loma Restaurant will open in the Fall of 2019. La Loma
is a Mexican Kitchen restaurant concept. On Yelp, customers consistently
rate La Loma in Denver as a four and one half stars and “one of the best
Mexican restaurants. For nearly four decades, La Loma has held a special
place in the hearts of Denverites. The magic of the restaurant lies in its simple appeal: beloved Mexican recipes passed down from the founding matriarch, shbowl-size margaritas, and until recently, a sprawling Je erson Park location that catered to families, couples, and football fans alike with its warm—weathered, even—cantina atmosphere.
While the recipes remain unchanged, the days of La Loma as a Je erson Park stalwart have come to an end. Long-standing owner William Brinkerho announced in early 2016 that La Loma would be both relocating and expanding. Brinkerho sold the entire Je erson Park block where the restaurant was
