Stay up-to -date on trail conditions and closures Here! Looking ahead... we’re working on two BIG projects Butterfield Park - design rendering of Phase 1, underway. Butter eld Crossing Park is 30 years old and is due for massive renovation. A total overhaul is being planned, with just about every feature of the park spruced up and modernized. Think pickleball and basketball, swimming and tennis! In addition, we are very excited to share plans to upgrade to a completely barrier free play area, o ering accessible out- door recreation for children and adults of all abilities, with a particular focus on the needs of those with special challenges. Metzler Ranch Park and Open Space land was donated to the Town by the Estate of Robert F. Metzler. With gorgeous sweeping views, plentiful wildlife and beautiful wild owers and vegetation, the nearly 60-acre property is a treasure. While the donation agreement requires several improvements, the property will primarily remain open space to be enjoyed by the community for generations to come. Our trail designers are hard at work and construction will begin next spring.
