DLC needs a new home and could really use your help!
After more than 20 years of being in the same o ce location, DLC is now looking for a new home for their o ce.
due to booming commercial business in downtown, the building that dLC has called home for more than 20 years has been put up for sale and it is not likely that the new owners will be honoring their lease. If you or anyone you know, has approximately 850 square feet of o ce space in the Castle rock, Sedalia, Larkspur area, and are willing to lease to dLC at a donated or discounted rate (we are a 501 (c) 3 nonpro t, so there may be a write o available for donated or discounted space to the landlord) please reach out to their Executive director with o ce space info for dLC to consider.
“being a non-pro t, our budget is very limited for what we can a ord to spend on o ce space. we would also prefer to utilize most of our income for land conservation projects and educational outdoor programs rather than operational overhead costs.”
information on o ce space can be sent to dLC’s Executive director, Patti hostetler: ED@Douglaslandconservancy.org
or call the dLC o ce at (303) 688-8025.
