One of our top favorites for
vegan dine-in or takeout in Castle
Rock is Zaika Indian Cuisine.
Always providing avorful dishes, friendlyserviceandmultiplevegan
meal options Zaika is a perfect
choice. We’d highly recommend
trying the vegetable samosa
appetizer which has a delicious
potato lling. Two main dishes we love are the tofu palak and the dal tarka. The palak has a rich, creamy coconut sauce with tofu chunks to replace the traditional cheese pieces. The tarka is lentil based and has wonderful savory spice avors. Also worth trying are the aaloo gobi and chana masala. We nd it nice their portion sizes allow for bringing leftovers home (depending how hungry you are!). Also, be sure to choose the roti bread if you want to keep it dairy free. Keep in mind there are several other locations in Colorado to try. If you’re in the mood for Indian food that’s healthy, wonderfully spiced and packed with plant protein be sure to check out Zaika.
