people when one-on-one. She does not like sudden movements and needs a calming presence to feel safe and secure, and an experienced rider to continue her training. She is up to date on farrier, dental, vaccinations, and deworming.

Elevate the lives homeless pets and horses in the Dumb Friends League’s inaugural Peaks for Pets hiking challenge. Participants will explore the mountains in this brand new, virtual event while helping homeless pets
– it doesn’t get much more beautiful than that!
The challenge is simple. Rack up vertical feet during the month of September to earn incentive items as you climb – all while helping support the care of animals at the League.
Four-legged hiking companions
are invited along for your adven-
tures or they can sit on the sidelines during more technical treks. No matter if you have a dog or hike solo, your elevation gains will count.
