Montaine at Castle Rock:
A large-scale master planned community is coming to Castle Rock,
located East of I-25, just north of Bell Mountain Ranch. If you haven’t
yet had the opportunity to drive or bike through this development,
you might consider doing so. The roads and infrastructure are
nearly  nished and they have already built a couple dozen homes
on this site. It looks like they are completing several model homes
for customer viewing. Once completed, this housing project will be a huge expansion to Castle Rock’s inventory. Toll Brothers is the primary developer and builder of these homes. Their master plan is to develop and o er a range of new home options for families including a 55-plus community with numerous amenities for active adult lifestyles. Vista, a partner with Toll Brothers and Wonderland Homes will o er a variety of single-family home options with impressive amenities including a resort-style community to include pools, hiking/biking trails, two clubhouses, meeting spaces, parks and open space. Base prices of these homes will range from $400,000 to $1 million.

Reserve Collection at The Canyons is currently  nalizing their vast housing development infrastructure and have begun to build a considerable amount of homes on this site. It is located directly East of I-25 at the Castle Pines exit. This planned community will be referred to as The Canyons. The principle builder is Shea Homes. The entrance to this new housing area is located less than one mile east from I-25 on Castle Pines Parkway. At the entrance is a covered bridge, extensive landscaping to include ponds and a future clubhouse. The actual address for the Reserve Collection is: 1895 Canyonpoint Place, Castle Pines, CO 80108.
