So, what’s this all about?
Well, it’s all about MUSIC.
And actually, live music and more... Everything music. Live music, solo acts and bands, covers and original material, young performers and old. It’s about Karaoke and Music Bingo, DJ’s & of course Open Mic Night.
Your next question should be: ‘Where?’
In and around Castle Rock.
In eating establishments, bars, and breweries. And don’t forget on the streets, in parks and at festivals. There’s a lot going on in Castle Rock and we’re going to keep you informed.
You might wonder
‘What kind of music?’
Find out on these pages of this newsletter in each issue. We’ll update changes & additions throughout the month & indicate the genre of each act. Be sure to check back regularly.
And nally, ‘Will I like it?’
You’ll be able to get an idea about lots of the music going on in Castle Rock. We’ve followed local talent for years and we’ll be reviewing acts on these pages. Both Sam and I have made
it a point to listen to the entire act whenever we attend a show. Shows you won’t want to miss will be tagged.

MUSIC IN CASTLE ROCK
A W d Two
A W d Two
The Castle Rock area is teeming with talent. If you love live music, you can nd great acts all over town.
There are younger players (12-18), who are relatively new to music and performing in public, musicians (19-45) with experience and older (over 45), many of whom are returning to their musical passions after raising a family.
There are also quite a few who are involved in music on a full time basis. The mix of age groups in some bands can be quite interesting as well as really entertaining.
