The Cedar Hill Cemetery Tour on Sat., October 13 will include a leisurely walk through historic grave sites, with Castle Rock Historical Society members portray- ing some of our local people in history. Cedar Hill was founded in 1875 and is the only cemetery in Castle Rock. It contains the remains of pioneers signi cant in the early history of Castle Rock and Douglas County. e tour begins at 4:30pm. Refreshments will be served following the tour.
The Bear Canyon Cemetery Tour on Sat., October 27 includes a walking tour of the cemetery which was founded in 1872 and contains the remains of pioneers signi cant in the early history of Sedalia, Castle Rock and Douglas County. Please meet at the Bear Canyon Cemetery at 397 N. Perry Park Rd. in Sedalia. e tour will begin at 5:00 pm.
