Parent-Child Fairy Garden Cake
Sat., January 20 • 10am - 12pm Ages: Child 7+ Accompanied by an adult 18+ Register by Sat., January 13 Does your child love fairy gardens? Join us for the fun lled fairy garden class...
cake edition! in this class, the participants will learn how to frost their cake
to look like bark. Then they will learn how to handle fondant and mold a fairy
door, mushrooms, butter ies, and owers to add a whimsical touch to their fairy house. A four inch layered cake, frosting, fondant and molds are provid- ed in the cost of registration. Location: The Grange Cost: $30 for Meadows Residents/ $35 for Non-residents (per child)
Special note: Just the child has to register. one parent/guardian must attend with the child. Multiple children can attend the class with one parent/guardian. Parents are welcome to register if they would also like to make their own cake but it is not required for this course.
Odette’s Cuisine
Mon., January 22 • 6:30 - 8:30pm Ages: 21+ Register by Thurs., January 18
Chef odette sprenger is a professional chef who lives in The Meadows. she has over 45 years of experience cooking Belgian and French cuisine. she has worked for celebrities in California and even owned and operated her own bistro for 19 years. odette will demonstrate how to create a gourmet meal, give you the recipe, and you will get to enjoy eating the meal at the end. small class sizes keep this class truly instructional!
January Menu:
The January menu will feature stu ed cabbage rolls cooked in white wine, tomato, and chicken broth lled with ground pork and turkey. The dessert will be an Alsatian apple tart.

Card Class
thurs., January 25 • 6:30pm - 8:30pm Ages 13+ Register by Thurs., January 18 Get creative with our new card workshop. Get all of your card needs out of the way in this card sampler class and make a set of holiday cards for the year. Eight di erent card designs including the following holidays: valentine’s Day, st. Patrick’s day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, halloween, and Thanksgiving. The picture is just an example of what can be created.
