The Meadows Spring Fling Craft Fair
Sat., April 6 • 10am-4pm All ages welcome. FREE Admission.
Join us for The Meadows second annual Handmade Spring Fling Craft Fair! All of the vendors will be local, selling handcrafted goods and sold by the artists and crafters themselves.

Wine Education Course
Wed., April 10 • 6-8pm Ages 21+. Free. Register by April 3. Join us for an exciting new class hosted by Randy Freeland, a certi ed sommelier from Bubbles Liquor World. Learn the components of red wine, what production methods lead to them and which ones you enjoy or need to avoid. Wine is ne, but better when you know why! We look forward to tasting along with you in this fun and educational series. Location: The Grange Cost: Free, but pre-registration is required.
Encaustic Unraveled Workshop
Sat., April 27 • 9:30am- 1:00pm Ages 21+. Register by April 20. Encaustic is the medium which consists of molten beeswax, resin, and pigments that are fused after application into a continuous layer and xed to a support (wood) with heat. The word ‘encaustic’ comes from the Greek and means to burn in, which refers to the process of fusing the paint. In this workshop, we will explore how to use paint, papers, and various textures with encaustic wax. All supplies are included in this workshop and students will leave with a nished piece and a better understanding of how to create encaustic art. Mimosas and light refreshments will be provided.
