A Short Walk ~ May 4th Can Help  ousands of Animals in Need
Walk, run or scurry to register for Colorado’s favorite dog walk and fun run, the Dumb Friends League Furry Scurry. Join thousands of fellow animal lovers on May 4 and make a difference in the lives of homeless pets and horses.
A classic Colorado event, the Furry Scurry combines activities Coloradans love – exercise, the outdoors and quality time with their canine companions. Participants and their pups will enjoy a two-mile walk or fun run around beautiful Wash Park, followed by food trucks, contests, dog demonstrations and the Flealess Market—where you can treat yourself or your furry friends to goodies from pet-related vendors and sponsors.
Registration for the Furry Scurry is $50 per person and $25 for kids 12 and under and includes a Furry Scurry event T-shirt and walk participation bib. Participants can register as an individual, form a team or join a team. Registration is easy and convenient at
Margot is a 1-year-old cat with a shy but affectionate personality. Her loving personality will shine in a quiet and loving home. Margot would do best in a quiet home with children over the age of 10.
Meet Ramen! He is a young, 9-month-old cat with a playful personality. He enjoys chasing ping- pong balls, exploring and simply hanging out. He would do best in an active home with older children.
Rocket is a happy and independent 6-year-old brown tabby cat. He enjoys attention and would do best in a home with an experienced cat person and without dogs where he can get lots of love and affection.
Cooper is a playful and happy 1-year-old coonhound. He enjoys going for walks and knows some basic commands like sit and shake! He would do well in an active home and join you for hikes and jogs.

Ford is a 14-year-old mustang who is proving to be a very smart horse. He is in the Harmony Equine Center training program and is showing a lot of promise. At this time Ford would do best with an experienced rider.
