Cheese Scones


                   USING ‘K’ BEATER AND No. 3              Mix and bake as for plain scones adding
                   SHREDDER                                cheese and cayenne with sifted flour.
                   8 oz plain flour
                   ¼ tsp salt
                   ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
                   1 tsp cream of tartar
                   2 oz butter
                   milk to mix
                   3 oz sharp cheese shredded
                       coarsely
                   ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
