Carrot Soup
USING JUICE SEPARATOR Juice carrot, onion, potato. Add boiling
1 lb fresh carrots water or stock together with seasonings and
1 medium potato slice of bacon. Stir well together and cook
gently with the lid on for 15 minutes. Serve
½ medium onion
1 slice ham or bacon garnished with a few very thin slices of
cooked carrot and fried croutons.
good pinch celery salt
good pinch garlic salt
½ tsp salt
pepper
1 pt boiling water or stock
Vegetable Soup
USING JUICE SEPARATOR Juice all the vegetables.
½ lb fresh carrots Add seasonings and boiling water or stock
½ small onion and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
½ stick of celery
1 small potato
2 or 3 sprigs of parsley
2 tomatoes
½ tsp salt
pepper
½ pt water or stock
Celery Soup
USING JUICE SEPARATOR Juice celery, parsley, carrot, potato. Add
1 crisp head of celery juice to boiling stock together with
small bunch of parsley seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes.
1 medium carrot Serve garnished with fried croutons.

1 pt stock

Creamed Country Soup
USING JUICE SEPARATOR Juice all the vegetables.
1 medium potato Bring milk to simmering point with
seasonings and stir in the juice. Continue to
2 small turnips
simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with sprinkling
2 small carrots of chopped parsley.
