The 2020-2021 athletic year has officially come to a close, ending with many accommplishments by the Beach Volleyball, Sailing, Softball, Tennis, and Track and Field teams.
The Junior High Beach Volleyball team went undefeated and were SFMSC Champions.
The Junior Varsity and Varsity Sailing teams were not able to participate in as many regattas as they would have liked to due to C O V ID -19, but they still made a few remarkable achievements with Lauren Russler finishing 10th of34 boats and being the 2nd female finisher atthe 5AISA High School Single Handed Championships.
The Junior High Softball team finished the season with a 3 - 1 conference record and went on to compete in the SFMSC Championship and won.
The Varsity Softball team finished off as District Semifinalists along with the FHSAA Academic Team Champion Runner-Up for division 3A.
The Junior High Tennis team ended with a 3 - 1 record in conference play.
The Varsity Tennis team concluded their season as District Champions and competed in the Regional Finals. Two o f the team’s outstanding players, Jimena and Julietta Menendez, won the Doubles Individual State Championship and were the Overall Doubles State Runner-Up.
The Junior High Track and Field team placed Ist in the RE MS Meet. The team advanced to the SFMSC Championship and won. The 4x800m team qualified and competed in the FLYRA MC State Championships (Veronica Larrea, Allegra de Armas, Alexa Leon, Daniela Hernandez)
The Varsity Track and Field team finished o ff their season in I st place at the RE meet and went on to compete in the District Championships and received I st place.
