David Dye works with leaders who want to get their team to the top without losing their soul (or mind) in the process. A former nonpro t executive, elected of cial, and award-winning author, David understands the challenges, headaches, and tensions business leaders face—and
he also knows the rewards leaders experience when they lead well.
Rania Anderson has been accelerating the career and business success of men
and women for almost 30 years. An international speaker, author, and executive business coach, Rania recently identi ed a critical missing ingredient in the professional and leadership advancement of women. She has developed a trademarked framework to equip men and all managers and leaders with actions to advance women.
Jennifer Gilhool is a graduate
of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan Law School. After practicing law in Chicago and Detroit, Jennifer joined Ford Motor Company
and spent 15 years climbing the corporate jungle gym. Jennifer didn’t climb the ladder -- she climbed the jungle gym, moving out of the Of ce of the General Counsel and into the function responsible for sustainability and regulatory matters related to all of Ford’s products and facilities.
