Identify Professional Strengths and Weaknesses
Before enrolling in this Livelab, participants take the Women in Leadership 360° Assessment and receive their results during this session. After instruction on how to read and interpret your results, you will engage in an exercise in which you receive peer feedback on your strengths and weakness.

Address strategies to mitigate both external bias and bias that women have internalized about their role in today’s workforce
Dispel harmful stereotypes about women and how they must behave to encourage advancement
Look at your own internalized bias and begin to create a plan for mitigation
Address both the external and internal inhibitors of women networking
Create practical networking plans that will lead to advancement and enhanced performance
