GEN Z – Are you Ready for the Workplace?
There is so much daily buzz about the Millennials that most leaders don’t realize there is a whole new generation entering the workplace - Gen Z (1995-2012).
Based on 3 national studies of Gen Z’s workplace attitudes, they are nothing like the Millennials. If leaders try to treat Gen Z like the Millennials it will backfire. Now is the time to educate the professional world on who Gen Z is and where they will likely click and clash with the other generations.
The goal is not to talk about an “out with the old and in with the new” mentality. As important as it is for the professional world to get to know Gen Z, it is equally as important for the Gen Z to learn about Millennials, Gen X and Boomers.
This program will help Gen Z understand how the current workplace views them and what employers are doing to support and manage this new and emerging workforce.
