PHOENIX January 31,1974Continued from Page 11peached and convicted, we wouldinherit a president who, with astraight face, has repeated theAgnew, Nixon, Buchanan,Hitlerian big lie that Watergate, covering up, ITT, the mild scandal, income tax questions, the secretwars, illegal wire tapping, etc., areall a %u201cleft wing plot.%u201dThe danger is that he might bebelieved by innocents because ofthe mantle of respectability heenjoyed in Congress.Better a discredited presidentfor the balance of his term withCongress running the country thanan unelected, hand picked mouthpiece of Pres. Nixon.Yours,Kenneth Boss10 Sidney PlaceWonts StudyDear Editor:While your editorial in favor ofincluding the Boerum Hill Community into one police precinct iswelcome, I would like to point outthat my position is not that BoerumHill has to be part of the 84thPrecinct but simply that it shouldbe included into one precinct. While there are some communitygroups who favor the inclusion ofBoerum Hill into the 84th, the mainproblem is that police responsibility for the protection ofBoerum Hill is divided.Only a thorough analysis byprofessional police officials canfinally decide which precinct isactually the most appropriate.Your editorial also asked whyother elected officials in BoerumHill are not helping out on the issueimplying somehow that they werenot doing their job. Nothing couldbe further from the truth. BothState Senator Carol Bellamy andAssemblyman Harry Strelzin haveboth assured me of their supportand have worked to help convincethe police to accommodate thern m m n n itvHowever, they are both Statelegislators and this is a matterbetween the Boerum Hill Community and a City Department. Itis only natural that as the CityCouncilman representing thecommunity, I would tend to spendmore time and energy on theproblems.Yours sincerelyFred RichmondCouncilmanRealtor'Dear Sir:We wish to call your attention tothe fact that the term, Realtor, isnot a synonym for %u201creal estatebroker%u201d or %u201creal estate agent%u201d.The term, Realtor, is a Federallyregistered term and service markwhich identifies members of theNational Association of Realtors, who by their membership subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.
