He toldher not to scream and she wouldn%u2019t be hurt,then took $150 from her pocket, and fled easton Gates Ave.LIU Soccer Blackbirds Ranked Sixth In NationThe Long Island University Men%u2019s soccer team moved up another notch in the national rankings this week, placing 6th in the weekly Division I national coaches poll compiled by the Intercollegiate Soccer Association. The team, capturing a 3-2 win over Syracuse on Oct. 25, also maintained its number one ranking in the New York region voting.The Blackbirds are number one in more than just the polls. The undefeated twice-tied men%u2019s varsity soccer team moved into first place in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference last week with a two goal shut-out ofcrosstown rival St. Francis College on Oct. 17. The Blackbirds will be defending their first place position in upcoming weeks.The Blackbirds defeat of Syracuse brought their record to 11-9-2.
