Pen Pals Water Fun Day
On Thusday of Week 8, the Year 3 students had the
pleasure of hosting their pen pals from Horizon Christian School for an exciting day of water-filled fun.
The day was packed with activities that brought lots of smiles and laughter. The students bonded while playing water games and cooling off under the sprinklers, and topped off the day with a slip ‘n slide.
It was a memorable experience for everyone, stengthening friendships and creating
lasting memories.
Brighton Secondary Symhony
Orchestra
On Monday of Week 9, the Brighton Secondary School Symphony Orchestra performed for our College. Fifty students filled our Cornerstone Stadium stage and presented an hour-long engaging programme, with highlights composed by John Williams, Grieg’s In The Hall of the Mountain King, Hans Zimmer’s Pirates of the Caribbean, and a fun finale by Strauss, the
Radetzky March.
It was a varied selection of short, interesting pieces of music with energetic and entertaining hosts. Our students loved the performance and look forward to a return
visit.
