his competence and his direct approach to humanity and his sense of responsi- bility to take the right actions, treatment and first aid and everything that my child needs as soon as he sees him. The situation during checking-in through the emergency door in the corridor leading to the department without asking any question about the initial check-in procedures for the patient, except to inquire about the accident. They treated my child’s condition as quickly and efficiently as possible.
