Boston’s historic North End is a mecca for
Italian cuisine, and Lilly has been its go-to
pasta supplier for nearly 40 years.
The D’Alelio family arrived in the U.S. from Genoa,
Italy with little but the clothes on their backs and
a desire to share authentic, wholesome fresh pasta
with the world.

“Mama” Lilly opened her modest shop in
1986 and began to approach local chefs
with her fresh pasta and creative ravioli.
Once they tasted her cooking, it spoke
for itself: Lilly’s Fresh Pasta soon became
Boston’s most beloved pasta supplier.
Every small batch is still held to the same
quality standards that have characterized
Lilly’s Fresh Pasta for decades. Our pasta
remains one-of-a-kind thanks to the pride
and passion you can taste in every bite.

Lilly’s Fresh Pasta is as close to serving fresh, housemade pasta
as you can get without rolling out the dough yourself.
Simple, high-quality ingredients.
Our pasta is made from 100% non-GMO, glyphosate-free flour,
grade A eggs, and filtered water - that’s it! Plus, our fillings are
made fresh in our own kitchen using premium cheeses, quality
meats, and fresh vegetables.
One-of-a-kind texture.
We are one of few manufacturers still using traditional,
front-to-back bronze dies. The resulting dough is more porous,
giving it a spongy, hearty “bite” that absorbs flavors and
sauces beautifully.
