CHANGES






























During annual benefits enrollment (November 9-20), you are going
to see some really important changes to our program, especially
around our medical insurance and wellbeing initiatives. We have
self-funded medical insurance plans. That means you and SAL
share the cost of your healthcare and it also means we have a
responsibility to think about our total healthcare costs for all team
members.


Launching New Connected Wellbeing Program

We have a shared responsibility to each other, to our family members,
and especially to ourselves to care about our health. We want to make
living healthy simple for you. So, we are launching a new partner and
program through Virgin Pulse. Through our new partnership, we are
moving away from “Healthy Pursuits” and we’re getting “Connected” to
our health and to each other.

You need to get engaged and earn points by November 30, 2018 to
receive your reward for the 1st quarter of 2019 (January through March).
