                The rise of women in leadership positions across the GCC reflects not only a deviation

                from traditional gender norms but also a recognition of the huge potential that women

                leaders bring to the table. As corporations and governments in the region embrace this

                change, women are making significant strides up the corporate ladder, pushing gender

                equity and diversity to the forefront of the corporate agenda. In this interview with

                Georgette Yousef, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Al Ansari Financial Services

                PJSC, UAE, we deliberated upon the evolving women’s leadership in this rapidly

                changing business ecosystem. She also shared initiatives to develop female leaders from

                within and an action plan to change the mindset and eliminate workplace biases.
