Fasset, a prominent fintech platform, during GITEX Global 2025. This collaboration aims to drive innovation in cross-

border financial services within the GCC region. The agreement was formalised by Arsen Liametov of Skyro and Daniel
Ahmed of Fasset, with key figures from Skyro's leadership present.

The partnership will focus on developing retail international transfer solutions using stablecoins. These solutions are
designed to make cross-border remittances faster, more secure, and cost-effective. Both companies will also engage

with regional regulators to ensure compliance and encourage responsible innovation in digital finance.

In addition to remittance solutions, the collaboration will explore the development and distribution of tokenised assets.
