SOL Properties, the real estate development arm of the Bhatia Group, has unveiled SOL LUXE, a
$599 million (AED2.2 billion) mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road. Rising 280

metres across 62 floors, the tower is set to become one of the tallest freehold developments on
Dubai’s busiest boulevard, offering a final opportunity for freehold ownership in this prime

location.

Strategically positioned near Dubai Mall, DIFC Metro Station, key offices, schools, hospitals,
and restaurants, and just 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport, SOL LUXE combines

luxury residences, Grade A offices, and curated F&B retail outlets, alongside a rooftop infinity-
