heralding a significant milestone in scholarly discourse.

Distinguished by the presence of an elite cadre of specialists and
esteemed scholars, including guests invited by the UAE President, the

conference convened luminaries such as Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah,

Chairman of the UAE Fatwa Council; Mohamed Abdel Rahman Mohamed
el-Dawiny, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif; Dr. Omar Habtoor Al

Derei, Chairman of GAIAE; and Dr. Engineer Khalifa Al Tunaiji, Chairman of
the Holy Quran Academy in Sharjah.

In his inaugural address, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan

underscored the profound significance of the Holy Quran as a beacon

emphasis on contemplating the Quran’s timeless wisdom and promoting

its message through constructive dialogue, societal advancement, and

cultural enrichment.

Highlighting the UAE’s prominent stature in the Islamic world, Sheikh

Nahyan hailed the nation’s rich cultural heritage and steadfast dedication
to Islamic teachings under the visionary leadership of President His

Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He underscored the

UAE’s role as a beacon of moderation, enlightenment, and progress,
echoing the noble legacy of the late Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin

Sultan Al Nahyan.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah lauded the UAE’s unwavering commitment to

Quranic teachings and its profound impact on promoting religious

enlightenment and societal well-being. He extolled the continuation of
Sheikh Zayed’s legacy through the support and patronage of Sheikh
