Sobha announces new $51mn Hartland mall
The project is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2026

Developer Sobha Realty announced on Tuesday the launch of the first mall
in its Sobha Hartland masterplanned community.
The project is expected to cost $51 million (AED210 million) and scheduled to be
completed in the second half of 2026. Construction has begun.
It will have a built-up area of around 339,000 square feet, with a gross leasable area of
115,000 feat.
Amenities at the mall will include 35 retail shops and 10 F&B outlets, as well as a
supermarket, gym, play courts and a soft play/entertainment zone.
