It is my passion to help people. Whether that is helping our clients achieve their real estate goals or helping the strong women I keep around me exceed their own expectations of themselves. Serving others is my “big why”. We’re sure you’ve noticed (especially because we’re in the bio pages) that we are an all female team. At first it happened by accident, many years ago. Though as the team grew and we continued to add powerhouse women it became more intentional. Since I started in business so young and with no college degree/formal training I looked for mentorship with whom I could identify to educate myself. I think through some of my early mentors I built a picture in my head of the kind of leader I wanted to be. The kind of leader who helps women shatter expectations. I began my real estate career in 2002 and I love that it’s a fast paced, ever changing industry that presents a new challenge every day.
I’m a passionate local home expert lucky enough to work in the Greater Seattle area where I was born and raised. While I’m a trusted REALTOR® for the Microsoft, Swedish, SpaceX and Amazon communities, I love working with clients from all walks of life. In tandem with our thriving business, I’ve also immersed myself in leadership roles with our REALTOR® organization since 2014. I had served with the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS® for five years and then in 2019, pivoted to a leadership role on the state level with my election to Vice President of Operations with the Washington REALTORS®. During the 2020 pandemic, our Washington REALTORS® Executive Committee helped to ensure the practice of real estate be deemed essential. Along with my knowledge of the market and industry, I’m also unwavering and efficient under pressure, a trait that is so important in this fast paced market!
A licensed broker in Washington since 2006, I hold a number of advanced real estate designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I will guide you to the best decision for your situation by staying on top of the most current market information and trends. For me, it’s all about people. Most of my business comes from referrals from my clients – and many of my clients have become good friends. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love being an aunt and a dog mom to my rescue, Tahiti.
