He main- tains the freshest flowers at all times and receives fresh flowers six days a week from all over the world, such as the Philippines, Holland, Ecuador, Chile and Cali- fornia, shipped overnight in re- frigerated trucks. He only buys what is needed, and his inven- tory turns over very quickly. Sal also buys from local growers as much as possible.
Sal continues the legacy his parents built and he is still ac- tive in the community. He is also grateful to have had loyal top notch employees over the years that have become family. As Sal’s dad said, “If you love your job, you never work a day in your life.” The Greco family’s passion for flowers and customer satis- faction is a fail-safe formula for continued success.
