TIERED PRICING
We understand that families have differing abilities to pay for camp. In an effort to make camp more accessible for all families we use a tiered based pricing system. Please choose the tier most suitable for your family. All children will have the same experience no matter which tier a family selects. Tier selections are confidential and can be entered while registering online. Families with a total household income up to $75,000 qualify for the Open Doors program. If your family does not qualify there may be other funding options available by a generous donation from the Peach Pit Foundation. Please contact us for more information.
TIER 1 – Based on the True Cost of campers par- ticipating in the selected programs. It includes direct expenses, field trips, buses, special guests and long- term wear and tear. If you are able to pay this amount, please do so. Thank you.
TIER 2 – A partially subsidized rate (6% discount of each traditional camp session) that enables families who just can’t afford the full cost of the camp to attend. Please, choose this rate if your family has the need to receive a subsidized rate. Thank you.
TIER 3 – A more heavily subsidized rate (11% dis- count of each traditional camp session) for families whose children would not be able to attend camp oth- erwise. If you’re unable to afford either of the higher rates, please pay this amount. Thank you.
TIER 4: OPEN DOORS – Families with a Total Household Income up to $75,000 are eligible for enrollment. This option provides more substantial financial assistance for families who qualify for need greater than the subsidized rates above. Families fill out an application based on their Total Household Income and are provided assistance on a sliding scale. Applications can be found at CampIngersoll.org, by call- ing, or by visiting the YMCA.
